Review:
When I first heard that Beautiful Creatures (novel) had to be made into a film, I was hesitant to see it because of the fact that the trailers were absolutely horrible. Im just glad that the film focuses on much more than the supernatural romance, because this is only one of many interesting and complex plot lines. Despite the fact that the LA Times and NY Times reviews gave the movement a bunch of lesser-known critics is much tougher on him. After reading some of the comments, I was shocked to see some of the comments were biased and stupid. It was clear that these were people who went to the theater expecting Twilight too timid teenager praised film said that it was not. Twilight is all about romance. Beautiful Creatures is a Romeo and Juliet thing going on, but at the same time, there are mysteries, prophecies, hypocrisy, Southern politics, civil war, history, religion, death, evil forces, and making all kinds of madness very interesting story (with some very funny and sarcastic dialogue to put the cherry on top). Other people who have read the book are upset because they thought that he too moved away from the source material. The only major change was about 3/4 of the way through the film, and the end result is always the same book. The reason why this writer TIME interest. If you hadnt had to change the film would take three hours to be nice to resist yelling tvo.I thought acting was good, and Alden Ehrenreich and Alice Englert had great chemistry as Ethan and Lena. Of course, Jeremy Irons, Emma Thompson and Viola Davis gave a great performance, but this is not surprising. Emmy Rossum as the evil Siren, Ridley was an amazing, fun, and Thomas Mann were a link. I especially liked the Thompsons quirky character-played crazy Republican fundamentalist named Mrs. Lincoln, who gets possession of Sarafina Duchannes most powerful Dark caster life. As Sarafina, his work is definitely dark, losing psychotic. Not what I expected, but I liked it. But I thought that some of the other actors, such as the girls who play with Barbie cheerleaders are terrible. There is a way to show people the false and there is no way to strip satire keeping it believable. In addition to wages and working, I loved the costumes and sets. They are very well done and really captured the beautiful yet creepy atmosphere of the story. In addition, the effect was cool, nothing to die over, but they served a purpose. Finally, I thought it was great soundtrack and quite different. Coexistence of classical, Blues, Country, and alternative music worked perfectly film.Overall the movie 8 out of 10 It's not amazing, but it was fun, interesting, and something I would recommend to see.
